First timer! Please help!

I germinated my seeds and they had a good taproot growing out and I planted them in jiffy seedling mix in some jiffy strips and have them under my 250 watt hps light at 50% to keep soil warm. They have been in the soil pretty much a week now and don't seem to be doing anything. Wondering if anyone could help please!

Try burying your seeds next time...and keep the soil moist. Looks like they've dried out...

Burry the seeds 1 inch. Don't put them under HPS put them under BLUE spectrum. MH or T5. Keep the soil moist like sworth said.
