first timer, this a good setup?

Aw, thank you sir! My closetspace is extremely limited(2x2?). It's actually only part, I'm going to section it off with styrofoam board painted the color of my closet and hope nobody goes through by closet wondering where the other section went. Should I just get a little more expensive flowering hps bulb and the fixture to use it?

And since I only have such a small space, I'm thinking a 250w 33k lumens is okay...? or should I go with a larger wattage?

We have the same kind of set up ...if you have the money get the hps...i have a 400 hps in my area..but i also have a 4 inch inline fan with carbon filter...this is not a real cheap hobby.....

But I feel like it's just too rewarding to matter. I could pull it for the hps, though! What do you have for your setup so I have something to aspire to?(If that's not too much of a drag to post)
would a regular fan fit the specs for heat control? I would think so..
Heres a possible candidate for the bulb position:

The HTGSupply 400 watt High Pressure Sodium lamp emits an amazing 55,000 lumens.

Features:
55,000 lumens
Designed specifically for plant growth
Brighter than standard HPS lamps
Increased Violet and Blue spectrum to enhance natural plant growth
1 year warranty

Bueno?

Wow, you're pretty far down there. I'm a northeasterner, and it's still crazy.
Alright, Ill keep the ballast somewhere else, so glad it isn't loud!

Still, the fan question. Are you circulating air within the closet, or bringing new air in from elsewhere and have an exhaust thing?

Yes my fan blows air into the attic..and i have 4 2 inch intake holes...so i had to cut into the walls....
