Fixed the problems, but still stumped?

Hey everyone. I am not sure what to do at this point . I have learned a ton on here and from my mistakes, but I am stumped. My babies at 4 weeks (from seed in FF dirt under Florescent lights, temps 70-75, fan blowing, fresh air) were turning yellow and slowed down tremendously in their growth so I realized I waited too long to feed so I gave then Nitrogen (FF Grow Big). Until this point they were great. I lost some older leaves so they are not very attractive  ....but the new growth is better. After feeding, they were looking way better. They were looking more green, but not really growing. Long story short, I figured out a few nights ago that my Ph meter was broken (dropping it in the water apparently was a bad idea..LOL..). So now the Ph has been fixed (6.5-7.0) and they are growing. But, they are growing very slowly and the leaves are very small (they are 6 weeks old now). Should I be patient? should I re pot? I should have taken some pictures before I started this, but I can't get to them at his moment. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks so much!

Okay. I have got some pictures. I am not sure if I should try to save these guys or not? My other plants are doing great and I am sooooo embarrassed by my rookie-ness on these ones. Let me know what you think - be kind to this old farm girl...LOL...
The first picture is of a seedling started at the same time. It was very slow and kind of a runt. I caught this one in time and fed it early and it is doing great. I use it to compare the crappy ones and what the should look like.
Thanks again!

Yes indeed VV. I have been known to be impatient and do something impulsive even when I know it is the wrong thing to do. Patients is a virtue - as my mom used to say.
