flood and drain table ?

we are doing a sOg setup and were putting our first tray in tomorrow but i have a ? bout the pumps and how long they should run


1. how many times a day should my pumps come on &
is there a certain time they should run thanks for any help

and What? how many times you flood depends on what you have as a growing medium.

littering and..... littering and.....

Im in the same situation just transplanted from soil to rockwool with hydrotons... not sure if i should start feeding them since they are only a week old!
