thats a good question. i dont know the real answer but i would assume just about any county in florida would try to slam ya good for having even one. its even worst if your 1500 feet within a school you will be scarred. but to be honest i dont know anyone whos been caught cuz it seems pretty easy to be sneaky. now i know someone who lived in cape coral and had plants in his backyard and cops chased someone through the backyard and found them thats about the only way i know

Yeah i'm not worried about my operation getting caught, because the heat being exhausted is taken care of along with smell and nobody knows about it, but one of my roommates has been arrested before for over 20 grams and so I think that may draw some heat onto the property.

Hi fellow Florida growers. I have a question regarding plant numbers. NORML only talks about punishments for 25 and more plants, but does anybody know if there's a difference between having 1, 2, 4, or even 10 plants? Is the punishment the same for 1 plant as it is for 4 or 10?

This should be clear enough, I belive below the 25 plants the weight would be used, how they measure well....

Hey MM,

Glad to see you're around. In the depths of my depression over the breakup I decided to stop smoking (again.) So after 8 straight months of not a sober night, I'm on two weeks now. I think I'm going to stay that way or at a minimum only use MJ recreationally. I don't particularly like myself when I'm a stoner. So peace all.. I'll drop in every once in a while, but I'm going back to school and getting my life in order. Here comes my masters degree and possibly Doctorate, should be a living hell. So hopefully sometime you will be wiling to go fishing with the re-retired toker MM.

Help make medical mj legal . Website Pufmm.com (people united for medical marijuana) and sign the petition to get mmj on the ballot for this year. Need 700,000 signatures and we only have until February of 2010 to make this happen, if it gets on ballot it will pass

I finally found my brethren!!! Ok so I have one question for all my peepz growin indoors in da south, how tha fv<k are you guys dealin with the heat!! My A.C. can't keep up, and its on 78 all day!!! My grow still stays at like 85-86 degrees and my plants don't really like it I have like 4 fans goin too. Can't wait for winter!!
