I have started 18 vortex seeds and have ordered about 30 more seeds of various types. I plan to grow all of these out. Topping and LST and also taking clones as they grow. These clones are mainly for my indoor sog. But some will make it out under the sun. I am growing these indoors until the end of April. Then putting them all outside in the ground. My holes are all dug up from last year and are amended every year with various organic amendments. Primarily horse manure compost. I even put fresh, dry manure around the plant 3-4 ft from the main stalk around the time flowering starts. Slow feeding when it's rained in. I may actually try sub's super soil this year. Not sure though. What I have been doing for a few years seems to work for me.

Is it true that it helps block the heat signature by planting near a certain plant here in Florida?

Sounds good. The chance that they are using anything other than their eyes is slim. Yes there is technology out there that can do some amazing things, but your average drug squad doesn't have access to it readily. Especially with the state going broke. Lol. Just keep it camouflaged and when it gets close to harvest, make sure the surrounding foliage is close to the same color. You don't want it to stand out from the air.

I probably won't have more than 10 or so plants outdoors. Just popping several seeds to have plenty plants to choose from. Some will be male. I usually plant reg seeds. So I will be killing several males. RIP
