i grow powerplant too, but my babies are gorgeous and healthy - so its definately not genetics. the bud formation and the plants themselves look stringy, what nutrients are you giving it? also, you need a fan blowing on the tops. a fan on the bottom isnt enough, you want the tops to be constantly cooled off or the heat will stress (and even dry out) your bud. right now they look so heat stressed that the leaves, bud, and stems have all become thin and stringy to the point where it looks like it was grown under a 250watt. either get an oscillating fan and aim it at the tops so it goes back n forth, or get an air cooled reflector. or, you could put a box fan on the floor and aim it up so all the hot air gets blown upward. either way, they need to be cooled immediately or your yield will suffer..
here are pics of my powerplant clones, theyre on day 21. not tryin to be a dick, but this is what powerplant is supposed to look like hehe, but dont worry - you can maybe save them if you just cool off the area! you have an excellent light, you just need to use your hand/wrist to determine how hot it is for the plants safety. keep your temps around 80 and keep air constantly being blown around the bulb.
