If you want a huge plant wait to flower when they show sexual maturity. Since u jus recently topped it, i would say wait a couple weeks with all that light to get it going smooth, don't want to stunt or stress it too much. Then when the two colas are growing strong swicth to flower.you should wait a little longer.
i think everyone should wait til there plant shows sexual maturity (preflowers)
then put it in to flower.

i topped it about a week or a week and a half ago. Would that be good enough time for it to recover? or still wait a week then switch it?
