Flowering 48th Day Afghan Why does it look like this?

I got seeds a few years ago from that same site and a lot of them looked like that. they filled out, but had a shitty ass leaf to nug ratio. also whats the temp in your room. warmer temps can cause buds to become "airy".

its 72-75 humidity always at 30%-50%

dunno for sure but it looks like you may have had light leaking in at some point. the buds look like they started, stopped and then started again. they are awfully long and not compact for 7 weeks of flower.

hmm as for light.. there is no way that light could get in... i tripple checked my grow room and grow tent.. i actually stood inside while my bro zipped up the tent... NO light at all...

My other plant of the same strain is now starting to do the same thing... it was budding heavy in the middle now starts with these weak tops... my other 3 plants thoigh are doing just great!

it could maybe be the hps bulb you uareusing

the bulb?? really..... imean its been working fine the whole grow...hmmmm could it be the glass is dirty? custom lamp cooler i made with an extractor fan...

i think its the genetics for sure. i dont think i will be buying from there anymore.

loll cheap top as in... it gets really skinny and wispy.... but the middle is nice and plump.. kind of like a kabob.

lol the top of the plant is only 7 inches away... some parts are actually almost touching the light...

total of 5.. So these abnormal large ones are the NON afghan for sure right?
