A little advice on nutes. The nute companies are in the business of selling nutes. You should take the recommended ratios with a grain of salt. And if you can find the NPK's you like in tomato food, it's like 1/4 of the price of weed food.

some might suprise you and give you more than you think but id flip whenever as long as its soon bc youre gonna run out of room in that area but they look good. my current ones in bloom were just a hair bigger than those when i flipped them and they have tripled in size and im only in 3 gallons, and they about died lmao got way too hot in the room they were in and shriveled almost every single leaf in there a week later and theyve came back started budding and have started producing new lef and plenty of nice bud sites

You should fill it up. That is 1.45 sq ft per plant. Watering is going to be a bitch. Or do you have an auto system?
