Flowering a Pollinated Female?

I have a female I pollinated purposely to get some seeds. Once she starts forming buds, is it safe to flower her in the same box that I'm flowering unpollinated females?

Any ideas? I'm assuming I need to get that plant under some decent light in order for things to take place as they should. But I want to make sure that I won't risking my harvest.ßß

Thanks for the reply. I crossed a female wonder woman plant with a male new purple power. I'm sure she's ready to go back under the hps cause she is no where near as flowered as the other female wonder woman plants that I didn't pollinate. I guess she has to go through the flowering time and then I will have to pick out the seeds from the buds? Once they're done if you want a few, no problem.
