Flowering Early using Rubbermaid totes (

I'm growing to be growing a couple of plants inside of pots outdoors considering I can't have the smell inside of my house or I'll be in deep shit.

Anyway, I don't want to wait 3 months just to get an ounce of mids so I'm going to be flowering early

(BTW, how long is the least amount of time I should wait to go from flowering to veg? I want to flower ASAP)

They're seedlings right now, about an inch tall.

Well my plan is to start them flowering after they are about 12 inches, and then I'm going to be putting them on the 12/12 schedule by keeping the pots in a small rubbermaid tote, and when it's time for it to sleep I'll close the lid and place a trashbag over it. How does that sound?

you can start 12/12 right now. search for 12/12 from seed - lots of people doing it and it would probably be best with your height constraints.

I don't think it would be good for my delicate little seedling would it? I'll wait until the cotyledons and the other two leaves are established and good looking on both plants, or when it gets about 3-4 inches tall.

start your plants a little later. if you start them from seed its not that great. sometimes it takes them a long time to actually flower, and the buds are pretty tiny, unless you have experience with flowering from seed i would say wait until at least the 4th set of true leaves.

as for the tote idea. i was thinking the same thing. but just having a tote in the yard and carrying it in and out at the same time everyday might get suspicious haha.
