You could, it will continue to grow up in flowering, if you have limited height space go for it. I personally prefer to wait until they mature to flower.

you can flower now. most people wait till they are atleast a foot tall. last grow was my first and my plant was about 8 inches when i put her into flowering. dry weight later was 4.5 gram. not enough time for the plant to grow sites for the bud. the next plant i waited till it showed maturity and had about 30 bud sites compared to about 8 on the last grow. so if you could wait till its at least a foot tall. plants can double or triple in height so remember that too make sure u have enough height in your room

people wait for it to be a foot tall and eight alternating nodes before flowering. you can veggie longer though i had a plant outside that matured it was 2 feet tall and has like 30 bud sites but a lot more new growth came in as it matured now i look at it and see 2 hairs everywhere im glad i did

well when u lst u usually pick one sid to keep, thats the side of the plant that faces towards the lights, the undergrowth people usually cut because its just lagging in growth and slows the plant down. u can chop fanleaves that are in the way, people usually bend them around to get mor light to the bud sites, but i dont mess with that, i simpley cut the fan leaf off. but its ur choice

You think since this is mu first grow i should just bend them out the way instead of cut them since i really dont know that much of what im doing?

im pretty new to this to but ive read a million time not to cut healthy fan leaves because the plant uses the leaves to bring in energy i suggest you tie them back if needed but dont suggest you cut them oh and i vegged my plant untill it was 2.5 feet and not 2 weeks away from harvest i have a 4.5 foot plant wit tons of bud

I decided to let my plant just keep on vegging and she(i hope) is 60 days old and i still see no signs of sex wtf. She gas 10 or 11 nodes i forgot and im still lsting. I think i might let her veg for another month then flower her. Her new side branches are shooting up off her i had to trim and train some fanleaves to give them light.
