Flowering Light/Dark split

I've heard 12/12, and i've heard 18/6. What's the better one? and will it matter if the times aren't exactly that? how close should it be (what's a good margin ?) i just want somethin to toke, i'm not extremely concerned with making it the best there is. :joint:
 
For flowering 12/12 is definitely better.. 18/6 is used to veg and then 12/12 is what kicks them into flowering mode.

I dont think the times have to be EXACTLY that, but you should try to keep it as consistent as possible
 
or remember to set your alarm clock to go off every 12 hours AND you have to be there every 12 hrs to cut lights on/off.
Its a bitch like hell. but i did it on my first grow using cfls, TOTALLY stealth and i got an ounce from it using 4, 42watt
