Flowering While Root Bound?

no you'll get flower bound. you can trim the root ball and replant or just transplant like you should. i always do a transplant before flowering anyways

yea I learn the hard way

had to cut the bottom out and use a smaller pot .. so I did`t stress it to much a week in to flowering ..

next runn I will repot a week before 12/12 ..

you got me wondering if my 6 footers are rootbound in the 10 gallon pots i have them in
well ive been thinkin about this because i use a 5 gallon bucket and my plants getting 3 feet and taller everyday so im worried about what might happen to my little girl.

is she flowering yet ?

if not I would suggest you to find a nice big bucket/masonry tank at your local market or what ever .. some chap one .. a 7-10 gallon will proberbly do .. lets see some pics btw ..

and some nice fresh soil and do a repot a week before you start on 12/12 ..

somebody told me I wouldnt regret it .. I did`t and did regret it .. so Im just trying to pass it on ..

also .. so littel cost for a big plastic bucket and some soil and Im sure it cant hurt .. compaird to a semi lousy haverst after 3 months of work .. you choose ..

I know how I will do it this time .. and it do involve a big pot a week before 12/12 .. and I will even go a step future .. and make a soil mix in them pots specialy for flowering .. with some nice bat guano P. powder mix in along with other stuff ..

in my "veg" pots I have made a mix who also contains blood/bone meal aso.

Alot of ppl will try to hype you up about the severity of root bound. With experience you can get monsters in tiny pots. Notice the very big autoflower thread.

Its not that crazy, I do it every year. Ppl say bigger pots equal bigger plants which may be true, but I like to keep my plants small for discretion anyways.

I Ment crazy like in the sense of cool, but I wouldnt really want mine being to big ether.

hahahahahahaha......outdo .... a gallon potter

I'm sorry I'm gonna have to call BULLSHIT. Rootball shots?? you would think in such a small pot the roots would start popping out of the topsoil. just saying, not tryna diss you or anything. I have seen huge plants in small pots before but they ALL had woody roots in the topsoil.

hahahaha how about a 2 footer in a 6 inch cup.....

Ya like those plants are still around...hahahaha

Dont have to prove shit to u but heres an example.....marijuana plants are fun to play around with....experimentation of distance to light and root structure/devolpement is something you learn as you grow your strains

Im indo under 4-1000s....look at he size of my plant and look at the rootball or lack of one

........................Yes thats almost a 3 ft plant in a 6 inch cup

How is that possible? That throws the whole bigger roots = bigger fruits idea out the window!! What are you feeding them?

You don't have to prove shit to ANYBODY. I didn't mean to come off like a dick that's just how I talk, my apologies. But yeah that is just so impressive that it makes it hard to believe, if that makes sense. How much you yield out of those 6 inch cups on average?
