ok, guys listen! i was talking about growers in general. people who bash cfls most of the time have little knowledge on the subject or had bad results w/them their first time so they upgrde to hps and dont see cfls full potential. DO NOT TAKE THIS PERSONALLY!!!!!!

Ed is one of my heroes too. I still have a 1977 edition of one of his books. Most of the information is still valid today...

When it comes to growing pot I've made more mistakes than everyone here combined. I've learned a lot from those mistakes though. You guys can learn from my mistakes also...

I could grow some killer weed with CFLs. Just wire up 3000W of lights and I guarantee you I will grow some pot. Do the math though. It's a lot easier to deal with just 3 lights.

Even a single 600W HPS can produce more bud than you could ever smoke. Trust me on this! Use an HID light for flowering and you will never be sorry.

That extra bud can help other patients in need. You want to feel high? Give a cancer patient some meds...

I'm gonna put my money on you probably harvested too early 8 weeks is not long enough for 95 percent of plants

You have six buds the size of bowling balls?

for any confusion... So this plant that is in the pics it is a Sativa. This time, I grew only 2 plants. I sativa and an indica (bug-seeds). I already harvested the indica and she was really fluffy after drying, and for some reason with tons of seeds.... somehow she got pollenated or some shit... who cares.
NOW, I still have this lil monster that have this HUGE buds and i really dont want them to be the same - really fluffy - but as far as I see, they are getting pretty good
I also have no idea when this tree will be ready for harvest. There been 10 weeks of flowering and 80% of the hairs are WHITE. I also dont know when should I stop giving her nutrients and start flushing ....
