Flush! GH Flora Kleen

First time grower here, I've searched plenty but there is a lot of back and forth information.

Should I give them pure water for a week or two and then give them the flora kleen?

Or vise versa, give them the kleen then flush with pure water.

Sorry if this is a newb question, my plants so far look phenomenal and I don't want to chance hindering anything!

You might want to add the medium you're using

You use the flush then go to straight water. Flushing is something is only required in hydro. I use organic super soil and I never flush. Pointless to flush soil in my opinion, unless you're going crazy with artificial nutes.
