its not okay. you will be banned again , but some people do slip by and if we cant for sure say its 100% a previously banned member than its unfair to ban someone who may not be said person.

Ive not ever 2nd guessed anyone ive banned because theres been either a solid reasoning for their banning or if its a sock puppet i am 100% positive its a previous banned user.

only the three main people ban users here
myself , gwn and potroast (uses the rollitup account)

the other mods can ban spam accounts only.

we sometimes will discuss major issues together and make a collaborative effort, but either than that its really if someone is banned by one of us we respect the call made. although we talk on a regularly basis.

yes people have been reinstated from banning, but its rare.
