Fox Farm Potting Mix

if i have a already used some soil for 8 days(still in Veg. stage) with 2 plants and transplant my 2 plants into Fox Farm Oceans Forest Soil will it effect my plants.

I actually was wondering the same thing. I started my plants in fox farm potting soil instead of ocean mix, and it seems like everyone here prefers the ocean over the potting mix. I am not sure why as the potting soil has castings and guano. If anyone would like to elaborate on that I would love to hear it.

So, I have decided to go with potting mix through the whole grow, because I really don't feel like having my plants go into shock over something like that. Let me know if you find anything out and good luck with your grow.

switching soil when you transplant to a bigger pot should not affect anything. i started 15 plants in miracle grow potting mix in 16oz. cups then after 10 days moved them to 5gal. buckets of ocean forest potting soil.

The only difference you should notice is that they grow quicker and more healthy. I have some in Fox Farms Happy Frog (custom blend with Miracle Gro Organic Growers Choice, blood meal, bone meal, & dolomitic lime). I couldn't be happier!!

Now i live in the states any one knows where i can get Fox Farms Ocean forest or anything fox farm in u.s.

Yo i actually buy the happy frog soil (in which is made by fox farm) but is just as good as the other soils regular or the ocean shit,,, i like the happy frog cuz its more quantity wise..... and cheaper then paying a lil more for a smaller bag.......
