When were they last watered?

Looks dry
They were watered 3 days ago when transplanted. They were not given any nutes.
Top is dry because the light was too close for a day. Then re adjusted.
They are still heavy full of water

Looks like a sleight N def.. and maybe a transpiration issue.. also, whats the R.h. in the tent?

What percentage is the light set to?
I suspect it might be a combination of over watering and light stress.
Light is at 100%

I reckon that is your problem. For example I have 4x150w TS1000s. I am in the middle of veg and mine are at 30% @ 24" (60cm).

Keep it at the same height and then take it down to 40% and see how it goes. It might take them a day or two to recover.
