We’ve all heard of edibles/ vapes and flower from recreational states to non legal states, are they anything close to the medicinal states? When your buddy claims it’s top notch blah blah

Is there a difference between quality: recreational states, grow your own shit and what not vs medical states that are only by prescription/ card and etc
