Sick. Thanks for that. First time growing anything Lime so any input from anyone with experience with the gene pool I’m stoked to take in. Shes not a keeper till I smoke her. Look forward to that if she is limey for sure. My plan is to keep the one that affects me the best and tastes the best but it doesn’t have to look the best. So if the looker is the keeper that would be great!

Here’s a more full picture of that same Limeheads might be the greenest she’ll look this Monday is the start of week 7 she’ll get plain water from here on out. She was grown in dirt happy frog. Bio bizz line up but mixed in and brewed roots organics terp teas and their wormcastings. Some Big bloom from time to time. Various brands of biology I used as well. And light carb input from some hi- brix. Like very light maybe a 2 table spoons in total lol

Hollywood Hairband. The keeper I hope as well. She got very tall. I also attached the day I flipped. They’re all from seed and grew massive! I had just transplanted a day or so prior to 5gals that’s why they look a little sad for me.

AS to Mean Gene's $300 seeds, of course that is outta line for most of us. But I did read an article in High Times about someone who spent $1,600 on an ounce. The seller was a "craft grower" who doesn't advertise but somehow finds these people willing to pay.

Kinda like Johnny Depp buying islands, don't you think?

The Mean Mug was $300 and not really all that worth it. Tossed balls/nanners on me and the smoke wasn't all that much to write home about. Had a couple of worthy phenos, I guess, but not really worth the ticket, imo.

Rootbeer Freeze...

Grew two. One hermed big time. Didn't realize it as there were no boys in my tent. But she still made this rosin. It definately has a creamy rootbeer terp profile. Not super loud. But definately there and hard to miss. My other plant... the one without the balls was a stellar grow. Finished around F55 which is rare for me.

I got a pack of Cherry Lime Mamosa x RWC as a freebie with my skunktek order and I was told by friends that it sold for $1600 at auction a year prior

I brought mines for $150 when they came out. I didn't see any for $300 unless the bank was gouging or a reseller

In 2018 they were higher demand and priced 300 everywhere.
Pina f4, cuddler3.. etc. But so far cuddlers have sucked and demand dropped. Limes aren't very limey and cherry west is a leafy mess

For what it's worth I picked up a random non hyped pack for 100. Ghost OG x Sky Jaro. Only popped 4 and got 3 females. One nice piney fueley OG. One not quite as nice little more kushy earthy smell profile. I kept both around for now and look forward to popping the rest one day.
