Fresh from Canada

Living in Canada in what is essentially the last place in Canada you want to visit. Winnipeg. (See episode of Simpsons or The Office). Been here a couple years, moved from Vancouver to focus more on finishing my degree. I can answer most legal questions relating to marijuana laws in Canada including tips, tricks, etc. I am a total noob when it comes to Hydro setups but I have some experience with basic passive systems.
