From AG to soil...is it possible?

Like the title says, is it possible to switch my clone and 3 day old sproutling into soil? Ive decided to send the AG back and purchase a DWC from Stealth Hydro, and i don't want these babies to be put to waste. Also, how would i switch them on over? The clone has a lot of roots coming out of the foam, and the sprout has 1 long root dangling down. what am i to expect the first few days planting them into soil? Any replies would be greatly appreciated!

Build your own dwc, stealths are poo.

Thanks guys, i appreciate the input. Right now i can't afford anything, so what i was going to do was transplant them into soil and then begin another batch with a hydro system.
