Frozen seeds

Whats the best way to germinate frozen seeds? do i just thaw them out and then put them somewhere warm or just put them somewhere warm?

put them between wet paper towel then put them in a ziplock bag in awarm plance not hot, even room temp will be fine.
Question for you Bifter. are you Irish???
met a couple dudes this summer from Ierland. They called joints Bifters. I now carry on the tradition here in canada!

No im not from ireland but the uk and we call them Bifters down here ,i wondered if anyone else knew what a bifter was
