Fuck! My plants got stolen few questions for Cali medical card holders

My place just got broken into and got 7 of my plants stolen. My girlfriend and I have medical cards in Cali and I am way under the 6 flower plants per card holder. Which I am allowed 48 veg plants and 12 flowering plants. I was wondering if I should report it to the police or what should I do? I am in an apartment and I would like to be able to break the lease and move out which is why I am not sure if I should report it.
 
anyone else with some experience getting their plants robbed. The bright side is that they had a month more to go before they were ready anyways. So, these fuckers must be stupid.
 
if you still have plants growing that they didnt take then check your grow room for wireless spy cams. apparently thieves break into grows and setup a hiddencam so they can see when the plants are close to harvest day.
 
No no, get your RPG, ak47 and tech 9ns and take out his whole family tree. Oh you mean outside the internet, yeah just call the cops and move/hide. Lol.

It really depends on which county the OP lives in! Each county has thier own guidelines.

But usually it is stated as 6 in flower -or- 12 in veg. Or, not and.

Better move if you're gonna grow again. You're gonna be watched, trust that. You broke rule #1 or got too comfortable. You can report it but it's not going to allow you to break the lease. I wouldn't even report it. You're gonna be the cops radar now as well.
 
your landlord should state in the contract if they adhere to state or federal law, or maybe both. if its fed law, i think you will be kicked out and have your contract terminated.
 
I think youre kinda screwed, number one the wrong ' friend' found out and believe me you know the person who ripped you off.
Sorry brother , time to move , i know they took something else so at least you can report it.

Fuck me. Yeah lesson learned. I decided not to report it but do something different and move soon. Thanks for your input guys.
