ok here the deal, i smoke for medical reasons only, working at my mm card, any way my son-in-law is gay, his bf and him got in to it and the cops were called both were arrested for dv the bf was drunk destroyed the kids really nice flat panel big screen, any way the bf aka "parrot" says to the cops they are growing weed, you think i should be worried bout it, i have a fellow member here willing to take my girls but its a 100 miles to there house.

I guess this is just another example why you shouldn't let other people know about your grow, now this is just something you're gonna have to decide on your own because no one else knows. But why'd you tell them in the first place?

Someone here can tell you to take it down, but then you'll be pissed if the cops never come and for all you know you might never get your plants back.

Everyone can tell you it's ok leave it, and then the cops come and you get arrested,

So look at the facts, there is a enraged screaming homosexual claiming grow-op in someone's house. I doubt this is enough for a search warrant of your house but it could obtain a warrant used to check your electrical usage, or the cops might be dick and fly over your house with a flir camera just to check it out (I know they need a warrant for that too but everyone doesn't play by the rules).

You live with your son in law? Obviously the cops would need a warrant to search your home, unless your son in law lives there too and just lets them in, I suppose. I think the fact that he said you grow is not enough to obtain a warrant. They need evidence. There might be a possibility that they will investigate you now. I would try to get my medical license as soon as possible, and not worry about it.

You are in a medical state ... find someone with a medical Mj card and have them put you as there caregiver you will be legal then to grow if you not sure of your laws there but here with the amount you have which is small with a 2 patients you'll be covered... if anything does happen you have 30 days to prove your cause ... another thing do you have a reason for medical Mj exam.. past medical history which is a reason to get Medical Mj?

yes i have grounds for getting my mm card i am collecting the records now, i was injured in a contruction accident, end up with 3 vertabre with compression fractures, and brought the on set of very bad arthritis and was seen between the second and third mir in less the 2 weeks was told that my back looks like a 80yr old mans back i was 27 at the time, as for the grow its gone, i moved all my stock to a fellow riu.org members home who is a medical card holder thanks "Roachwagon"
