Full Spectrum Light

I got a closet Grow up going. 16 Clones Under Full Spectrum Light 18Hr Cycle.
Question. Does anyone know If I should use 2 Full Spectrum lights to Flower? Is 1 good enough?

what wattage light is it?

thats alot for plants for one light. it will def veg them for a while but i think you will find that when they get bigger there might not be sufficient light for them all with just one bulb.

yea wattage value is needed to really know. are you using flouro, cfl, or hps, mh what kind of light is it. you may need more that two depending on what you have. and 16 clones, nice grow, do you know that there females, thatll be a nice grow once it really gets going.

your plants look very nice and healthy.

you can have those lights about 3 inches away from the plant.

if you had 2 of them it would help alot when you start to flower. i would suggest getting another if you can.

Its a Full Spectrum 6400k 125Watt Daylight Growing Light Still think i should use 2? 15 Plants, Im trying to get at least half O to an O per plant is it possible with 1 or 2? And how tall should i let them grow before i flip to get max result?

red warm spectrum you want 125 watt x 3

15 plants is quite alot for one full spec cfl. i was going to use one of them for my 6 plants.

esopecially in flowering i really think you will need a second. if money's not to tight i would def get one. if you dont have enough light when flowering you might end up with only little popcorn fluffy buds. not a half oz.

it would really depend on when you want to flower them. do you have hight restrictions?

plants tend to almost double in size through flower so keep that in mind.

No Real Height restriction. I can grow up to 4 - 5 feet. Not trying to grow that high though!
Thanks for all the advise!!! My Next problem is Seeds. Im horrible when it comes to seeds. I Just cant get them to break soil. It always seems they get lost in soil when i first water them. Grrrrr. I want more strains but I cant cause im so wack at Seeds. Help!!!!

How are you planting your seeds? they should be about 1 - 1.5 cm under the soil at most. or roughly around there. give em a water and let them be for a few days. its worked 100% taht way for me. if you get stuck just ask and i'l try help out.

Hey I just Cut my buds from my other crop. I Think i fucked up. I trimmed all my buds before curing them. Im i going to have wack buds? How do i still get a good cure. I put all the buds on a Newspaper in my closet letting let dry out. Any suggestions on I can get beautiful buds? Ppl suggested I hang them but i cut all the branches off and now I only have buds HELP????

it should still be fine when its dry, hang of a few days and see how it goes.

what lights did you have on your last crop?

a 6100k bulb wont be much use during flowering if i was u id defo get a couple of 125w 2700k bulbs or just one 200w 2700k bulb at least . i mean idealy for that many plants id use about 400w . i use 2x200w 2700k for flowering and 1 250w for veg .and i use the big cfl reflectors otherwise u loose 50% ov the light. i like all the light beaming on my plants instead ov your gro room walls if u know what i mean.. good luck tho buddy your herb looks fine so far

i was under the impression they were dual spectrum? or was it full spectrum?

either way if it is dual it will do fine with 2 of them.

As for your problem of getting seeds to germinate, Makesi - It's a lot easier to germinate them in a wet paper towel inside a sealed plastic bag. Give them two-four days, they'll be open with root tips exposed, ready for soil planting.

BTW I'm a real Hort. Sci. teacher - you're not going to find any better advice from ANYONE ELSE. Especially not little boys who like to toss up middle fingers.
