Fungus er?

My plant is like a month old and the bottom fan leaves are slowly turning dry and spots of brown r showing up on them, these leaves touched the soil for a little while and i think that perhaps its a fungus? idk

i dont really wanna have to cut off the fan leaves right now

Sounds like the lower leaves may not be getting adquate light
