Fungus Gnat Help

Hi All,

I have been dealing with fungus gnats for a little over 5 months now. They have always been present in my grow (8 months), but in the last 5 have gotten to the point of being noticeable on top of the soil and around the pots.
I have tried using Go Gnats every other watering 2 tea spoons per gallon. It definitely kills they, and they obviously do not like it.. But it wasnt enough. So I tried hot shots no test strips in early veg for about a month. Worked very well, barely saw any flying around but as soon as I took it out they came back. They are real nasty... and I definitely wanted at least 3 months between using it and flowering.

So here I am again, I switched to flower about 1.5 weeks ago and tons of gnats flying around. Oh I forgot to mention that the plants are doing great. I consider myself an experienced grower but I usually get between 1-3 ounces per plant (soil, 3 gallon pots, 600W, grow tent). My soil mix is local potting soil, perlite, coco, worm castings.

What are my best options? I am early enough in flower where I have more options than if I was near harvest. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you very much for any help and for reading my post.

I would avoid using kelp products, with soil they cause gnats. I mean lots of gnats like gnats that attack you. The type of gnats in swarms type, bad gnats. Change out soil, transplant.
