Fungus Gnats week 3 flower

Hi, I've noticed i've had fungus gnats so I did the whole 1 inch of perelite ontop of my soil on all my plants, and then mixed 2tblspns of neem into my water and drenched the soil of the plant where they are coming from and also mixed up some neem in my spray bottle and sprayed down all the drain holes and the bottom 1/3 of my plant where it's just stem and pretty much everywhere except my leaves and my budsites and whatnot.
Also have like 15+ yellow gnat strips everywhere.

But my question is, do fungus gnats eat my buds or what? Cause i've been noticing my pistils turning orange and theres usually a gnat nearby.. also seems like they are eating the leaves to.

should I mix up a neem spray and spray down my girls right after lights out?
I really don't want to do this cause they already have a bunch of crystals forming all over the leaves and whatnot >.<

what can I do to stop this right now, it's gettin on my nerves.
should I drench all my plants with some neem and water?


oh and by the way, it's nothing too insane I don't have gnats flying everywhere inside my tent.
I literally have to search for them for a long time to find one, i've killed probably five at most.

sand works best on top of the soil rather than perlite.. i wouldn't spray with anything being in flower though. get some sticky traps and that will get rid of the ones flying around. putting sand on the soil will eliminate the new ones.. to the best of my knowledge, they don't eat the buds or leaves.. their larvae eat the roots though and that is where the issues come in. i have seen several big grow ops in high times/cannabis culture that have fungus gnats and they just have sticky paper everywhere to catch what they can..

They don't eat buds I dont think, but they land on the buds and get stuck in the resin and die there. It frickin sux. I would concider trying a pyrethren spray.if the buds are still real small.... your call.

I used Ed's Zero Tolerance and at half strength it killed fungus gnats on contact, but it has a strong smell of cloves so I didn't spray it on my buds.

Any type of sand?
I just got some clones from a friend and now i think i have these Fungus Gnats.
Not sure if they came with em or not but I got gnats all the same. I was going to go out tomorrow and get neem oil and fly strips, from lowes or home depot but was thinking about putting down some sand also.
