My property is worth about 500 range with 10 acres of almonds and house . The lawyer told me though that she will have the daily find stopped until the case is over . Since I only have 1 plant if they try to fine me the fine will be thrown out in court .

She said she's going to file for destruction of property harassment and trespassing . The fact that I was bullied and forced into taking plants off will hold a lot of merit in court supposedly . She's asking for reimbursement of what my medicine . She said she will ask court to reward me at 2500 a pound each plant producing a 3 pound avg . She will ask that each patient get rewarded that cost . Than there's a class action suite she already open that she will add us to

Yes , I've already started looking into green houses for next year . I have to see if the " green belt " laws will allow me to build a green house on the same parcel as my home

I mean if that's what it takes than so be it . I just hope that more people such as myself will come forward and take a stand against them . We are talking about the government flying over your homes taking pictures and than telling u what plants u can grow . Something has got to change

It doesn't take 15 min to get a warrant. First off. A judge has to sign off on the warrant. It has to be during office hours. A judge won't sign a warrant on the weekend. I've been there. I've had cops at my door trying to come in over some bullshit that wasn't true. This was a Friday night at 10 pm. They said of I didn't let them in they will have k9's come. Then I won't have a choice. Then I said go ahead. Get your k9's. Why you are at it get a warrant too. Then the cop said no problem. I said see you on Monday. I slammed the door in his face and they never came back.

Another time I just moved into a new spot. The former person living there wad a wanted for cocaine what ever. They said they knew he was in there. I told them how we just moved in. They said they know there's a lab in the garage. It was actually a recording studio. I wouldn't let them in. They tried and tried. Said they would get a warrant. I said go agead. I even dropped some named of family friends that were sherriffs that took down the felix brothers cartel. (The ones that dug the tunnels under the border and killed all the workers). I'd had never seen so many cops and sherriffs at one house in my life. They never came in.

My point is they can threaten with a warrant and k9' all day long. It takes a judges signature to do it. They're not going to bothor a judge over little bullshit.


Another time. Years later while living in the desrt. Cops raided my parents house. Arrested my dad. It was Pasadena police out of their jurisdiction.

I was there. Over christmas. They knocked on the door. 2 people in plain clothes said they hit my car. As soon as I walked out they grabbed me and my mom and held us as they bum rushed the house grabbed my dad. (He was very sick. 2 month's before he died.) I yelled let me see a warrant. They gave me a fake warrant. I started yellin let him go and get out of here before I have you all arrested for tresspassing and unlawful detainmemt.and assult. One lady cop pointed a gun at My face and told me to shut up. I told her fuck off.. I called local sherriffs. they drove off with my dad. As local sherriffs showed up. They tried to help us. He sat in jail for a little. We filed charges and a law suit against the dept and officers. They dropped charges and let my dad go. Then all they did was fire the.cops.The indictment was b.s. they didn't get away with it. They lost their jobs and had to move. It rook 15 cops to hold us back and take my sick dad.

He was arrested on fraud . That he didn't know he did. After his dad died. The police we're still sending Pention checks for a year. . They just sat in the account. My dad's name was on it. He had no idea. He was sick. Als and frontal dimentia. It was their fuck up not my dad's. They were trying to pass the blame

I even said to them my grandfather was motorcycle cop for Pasadena way back when he would be turning in his grave at how they are now.

Sometimes the crooked ones will get through with brute force but they won't get away with it.and charges won't stick.

Then you file a law suit to get your what ever back.

Were any of these incidents about growing weed outdoors in a banned county? And were they recent? With how easy it is to prove an outdoor grow and with modern technology, it's easier and faster to get a warrent than ever before. I don't want to see people getting themselves fucked over because they try to fight the law when the law isn't on their side. That's why I keep saying we need to change the laws.

Lesson here for everyone. Stand your fucking ground. Call their bluffs if you know it is one.

I have had the police at my time 10 times atleast for an old roommate that can't seem to stay out of trouble. He hasn't lived here in 3 years. I just got done with my case sueing the county for harassment and trespassing. I won. They caMe to my house 9 times in on month for that guy. Even after my lawyer proved he didn't live here anymore.

They would show up everytime threatening me with warrants. I called their bluff everytime. My state will not issue a warrant for child support, yet they claimed 5 times that they would be back in 2 hours to kick my door in. Never happened.
Last time they came I answered the door with my .45 pointed right at the dude. (I caught him snooping in my window) Explained my rights to get him off my property, he dipped pretty much instantly. (I have a locked gate at the front of my property, they cut the lock 9 times to get in) he was tresspassing.

Stand your ground, know your rights and take shit from no one. Police will abuse their power. It's what they do.

Seems like the year of them fucking with people, i got more then a few friends who got hit this year, there going around with a forest ranger runnin on private property talking about illegal poaching, but heres the fucked part they got the sheriff with a truck with a tree mulcher, they see the plants....tell the landowner they got two choices, they themselves could cut the plants and throw them in the mulcher and no charges would be filed, orrr they could come back with a warrent file charges and still mulch it, people have been fallin into this scam all yr....Free the Weed
