Dump the perlite and both soil mixes into a garbage bag and mix them all together.

Put the blood meal on a shelf somewhere and leave it there. It's too hot and will burn your plants...and in all reality..it is always better to add nutrients to you mix via solution rather than mixing them into the soil. (or buying a pre-mixed soil that has fertilizer in it) Once you mix in a timed release type nutrient you cannot take it back out of the soil if you have a problem and flushing will only release more of it into the soil.

good luck

When and in what proportions should i use the blood meal then? And is 'Dried Blood' the same deal as Blood Meal?

yes they are essentially the same thing, I used it myself on my current grow... it didn't burn the plants but I now prefer just to use nutrient solutions, fertilizer in the soil doesn't last too long so it's needed either way.
