i'll answer for you.

the T stands for transgender, and not a single state in the south protects transgender people from discrimination or termination in the workplace. likewise, not a single state in the south protects gays from discrimination or termination in the workplace.

whatever you do, don't look up brook waits of texas.
Why would the state need to?
As you so stupidly defeated your own argument earlier, the district court worked.
Last I checked that was a federal court.
You don't have all your teeth do you?

tell us more about this health care that slaves received at the business end of a whip.
They flew them down to Havana for the best healthcare in the world!

So after reading how wrong you've been that is the best you could come up with?

Have you ever looked into how expensive slaves were? They cost the modern equivalent of a new car, and not a cheap one. If you wanted a good strong field hand, it was akin to going out and buying a BMW, a nice one.

So they were only punished if they did something wrong, and only whipped if they did something very wrong. Your kind act like they whipped them every Tuesday for fun. Of course, this was up to the owner and overseer, and as such there was variance. Some people are cruel. But generally economics won out and the valuable property was properly cared for.

my formatting may be for shit (thanks, new computer), but the quotes about ending the racist practices of the south not being a good idea come from you.

you said, and i quote, that you "don't think it's a good idea" to end the racist practices of the south.

that is an endorsement of racist practices from you.

i don't even have to point out how you call the president by racial slurs, either.
Awww, poor baby. Did you have give up your fabulously wealthy Macbook lifestyle? Sucks being a drug dealer? I mean treadmill sales.

Why should they? Neither is a protected class according to the federal government either?

I know of several attempts of lawsuits filed by gay people in the area. None involved just being gay. One guy was using a company computer to visit homosexual websites. Others were fired for kissing their significant other in front of other employees and customers. I've been fired for visiting Facebook, might have been myspace, it was years ago. I know of people fired for making out with their girlfriends also, straight people.

I'm sure it has happened, someone found out someone was gay, and then fired them, with nothing more. But I know of no gay person who has been fired for something that is impossible for a straight person to be fired for either.

i'll sleep much better knowing that you never saw any of your fellow subway employees who happened to be straight get fired for being gay.

personal anecdotes for the win.

Oh so your new computer won't let you hit "reply with quote"?
Riiiiiiiight.

Your "I don't think its a good idea" spammed yet again.

I called the president a racial slur?
Unlike your "not a good idea" willful ignorance, that's just an plain lie.
Quote it or your a liar, easy breezy......
....like my siggy there. That's real, not a bucky fabrication.

Your clownshoes are untied.

Do you know how legislation works? Its federal law so federal courts arbitrate.
Tax court arbitrates tax code and so on and so forth.
Now you know.
I am aware of the unnecessary retarded things oregon does...like making it unlawful to pump your own gas to "create jobs".

Making it illegal to discriminate when its already illegal.
You sir, are size 60 clownshoes.

Federal "law" can be found in the statutes at large, codified in the us code.
Executive branches bullshit can be found in the cfr (code of federal regulations)
Both are different than the law of the land.
care to point out these federal laws?

Spit it out junior.
Whole point all along is civil rights are nothing compared to individual rights.
So why can't the "right" to not be discriminated against not simply be a reserved
one under the bill of rights?
Hell make it mentioned and highlight it in Law.
Why can't cannabis be Lawful under the constitution given alcohol was till it wasn't?
Helluva precedent there.
Right....controlled substances "act".
Law trumps law.

I'm down for equal rights.
How silly are you feeling right now?

Its easier to keep things simple.

i didn't see reference to any federal law there.

can i ask you a question? why is it that every exaggeration, mistake, and lie you tell always favors minimizing the obstacles gays face in getting to equality?

i mean, if you were simply dumb, your lies and false statements and such would be random, ceteris paribus. examples of such would include your false statement about gays' biggest worry being unequal access to wedding cakes, and others, like your lie that no one gets fired for being gay in the south.

people who are simply dumb, but not bigots, might think a federal law does exist. a couple people i know personally made that mistake on facebook in posts about the AZ 1062. but you know no federal law exists, and that one LGBTQ only sued successfully due to constitutional law, specifically the equal protection clause (not the commerce clause, like you and your racist buddy desert dude often whine about even though title II is no abuse of that clause). yet you attempt to lie about it anyway, or purposely conflate the two just hoping everyone won't notice.

well, i do take notice of your consistent attempts to minimize the inequality of rights that gays currently experience and which bigots like you certainly want to exacerbate and protect with legislation like SB1062.

so go ahead and show me that federal law if you will, please.

ya fucking racist bigot.

Show me what ever federal law you are talking about after you fetch those quotes I asked for.
