GDP very little stretch?

I’ve got some GDP going and they barely stretched the first 3 weeks of flower. Maybe 3 inches top. They are very short to start with. I thought it may have been environment related but here’s a side by side with a sensi star that really stretched big time. Maybe it’s the strain itself it’s my first time growing GDP. The second pic has the GDP on a 12 inch platform so the canopy can be even.

Mine didn’t stretch at all pretty well stood there and grew flowers

Same here with a 5 pack of Ken's GDP fems. All were very similar and there was very little to no stretch.

Good to know thanks. That’s actually a great trait for me working in a small cab.

20 gdp and I had short stout plants the entire grow

Yield was good just no fire

Hi I'm on my second grow of GDP from iltgm. The first one stretched pretty tall but I had the light way to high. I just started flowering my second. I have room to stretch but hope it doesn't. 1st pic is before I pruned it. 2nd is after I pruned it. I probably could have done more puning but I I didn't want to shock it too bad.i changed up my chemistry on this one and it's doing amazing. I went with sensi grow products. Because oh balancing my water all the time is too much work. These products so it all for you. Then just once a week I make all new water and chems and switch the bucket out. Hoping for a solid yield. Last one was maybe only 2 oz...which was really low. This one should be double that I think at least.
