Yep, any light schedule above 14 hrs or so should trigger vegetation again. I would wait about 2-3 wks after resuming the light schedule then, after vigorous new growth starts, remove the plant(s) from the container and repot. Invert the plant and score the rootball in a "+" fashion about 2-3" deep with a sharp knife and spread apart the rootmass before transplanting into a larger pot in new soil. I have even washed away the old soil away from the roots with no stress prior to repotting. Wait about 7-10 days after transplanting before adding any veg-ratioed fertilizers (2-1-1, 4-1-2 etc.) You should be on your way to a heavy yield with a shorter vegetation time after that.
