Are these seeds still good, and will they still grow good? please reply fast i have to plant them soon.

They should be fine, just leave them in there until the sprout is like 1/2" or longer. Do you have a place to even put 50 plants if they all sprout?

Fuzzy stem is fine.. if they are germinating they should be alright to grow.. But even if you did have a place to put 50 plants would you do it by way of seed? ><

Okay good well some of them are an inch or so. My plan is to grow them in a window for about 2 week's or somethin and then transplant them in a permanent spot. I thought about doing it in a wooded area next to a creek because its humid enough back there that they should do fine.

I do not understand the obsession with sprouting seeds without soil.

Want to skip a step? Put it in soil.

Want to prevent mold and fungi? Put it in soil.

Want to make sure you don't damage them? Put them in soil.

There is ZERO advantage to do it any other way.

You can only make things harder....not easier.

why why why why why do ppl do this?

Your germinating 50 seeds at once.......and only have room for 3 or 4 on a window sill.......at a time.....before you move them to a nearby creek......and then your going to put the next plants up in the window....the next plants being what? from the 50 or so seeds you germinated at the same time?, by the time you get to those 45 leftover seeds, they'll be ruined. Did you bother reading through any of the threads? Do some research, learn something, do it right, and not only will you not waste your own time, you won't waste anyone else's either. No point in doing it unless you do it right. And putting them in a window sill and growing outdoors have inherent risks.

I find that sprouting seeds in Tupperware using this method is advantageous because then I'll know I'm planting a viable seed. Takes the mystery out of wondering whether or not the seed is any good. And I have never had any issues doing it in this manner.

When u germinate seeds better use perlite soil mix 50/50 u dip the seeds halfway in the soil so u can see them. Then just keep moisture up (dome or often misting) .U can geminate 20 seeds in one pot and when they're done u transplant them via spoon in larger pot...

I had never heard of germinating until a friend told me. I had them in a video game case and a damp paper towel, they were there probably two weeks and when I planted them they only had a little fuzz. Tell me do you think it'll grow.
