germinating/sexing question

i recently started another small indoor cfl grow, and had a basic question.
i currently have a large, approximately, 2 1/2? gal pot with a few sprouted seeds..and my question is, how long is it ok to leave them together in there without the roots tangling? the reason why i want to leave them be, is because im scared to kill off a female plant by accident.
any suggestions? or should i just dig them all up and put them into solo cups for now?

Since when is a 2.5 gal pot large? You sound like you need to quit growing and actually do some research until you understand the fundamentals of growing. This will prevent you from losing time and money.
