Germination in cooler weather. Help!

Ok, so I've got some seeds that I'm currently trying to germinate, unfortunately the weather has taken on a cool change for the week and I can't find any real warm spots in my home atm other than maybe the laundry when I put the dryer on.. Anyways so I've wrapped my seeds up in moist paper towel and put them in a ziplock bag and have wrapped that up in a small hand towel and have put a desk lamp over it to keep it warm.. I understand this is probably stupid but I don't know what else I can do if anything? Suggestions? Advice? Please!
:peace:

Cheers! I'll put them on top on my xbox one the thing gets so warm.. Should I still keep them wrapped in the towel for darkness @catofcuriosity?

I assume you have a computer since you're on here. If it's a desktop then sprout on top of the case above the power supply. The ziplock baggie in a warm spot is very dangerous since lack of air circulation promotes mold/fungus growth.
