Germination?

well im germinating 10 SKUNK X2 10 NORTHERN LIGHTS 4 BAGSEEDS FROM SOME KB i did the napkin way inside a ziplock bag in my drawer they been in there for 8 days and only 1 SKUNK and 1 BAGSEED germ

today i put the rest of the seeds in a glass of (RO) water* they all sank to the bottom does that make all my seeds good? and ready to plant?

needs to be fairly warm for seeds to pop and pitch black 2 ..mine do overnight usually....

yea man i have germ some og kush before they were overnight but this time only two seeds germ out of 24 ya know i heard if they sink to the bottom of water* there good and ready to plant

im not to sure about the water thing mate...i would a hve thought the seeds are a bit dodgy..

i feel ya well at least i got some out of it like two out of 24 anit that a bitch

Hey bud I had a similar experience. I did the napkin thing and had in a semi warm spot and no go. So I tried placing in water and they sank. I didn't want to plant with no tap root so I put them in a new piece of paper towel that was almost dripping and placed them on my computer. Sure enough I have had 9 of 10 work out now. Good luck I would just gently put them in a paper towel again, cover it all and place on your computer or a similarly warm area.

I was pissed because the seeds I started before sprouted in all of 24 hours. These ones have definitely taken 36- 72 to get a tap root. They just seem to be slow germinating. (white widow in my case)

Next time before the paper towel take a small piece of sandpaper put it in a pill bottle wrap around the inside and put your seeds in and shake. Then rinse them and use your usual methed. Some seeds are really hard and need help popping

you can roll them in your finger and crack the shell gently wait a day or so they should pop roots

I did mine in a glass of water. Just dropped them in and in a day or 2 had a taproot. Into the dirt they went.

thanks for the help guys i placed the seeds with tap roots in rockwool and placed 4 that sank to the bottom of the water in rockwool also

WILL THE SEEDS THAT DONT HAVE TAPROOTS STILL SPROUT????
