get kicked out for growing medical marijuana at a rental house?

thnx for all the help and knowledge you are all trying to give me... idk i believe that if i could get kicked out and the owner lose their prop then anyone that grows legally and own their house should all lose their house if they are found to be growing even with a license.... i think what my best bet for me to do is call up my landlord on blocked number and act like im asking a few questions about his other house for rent and then casualy throw that in there and see what he says..... i think that is my best bet

it is still a federal crime. He absolutely can through you out. If he finds it then he is an accessory to a federal crime. However, if your not telling ANYONE that your doing it, and he has no reason to come into your place such as fixing a broken dishwasher, or something like that, he should never know.

he comes all the time i moved in early b4 he really wanted and not everything is fixed right .. like today he has to fix garbage desposal, and put in a bathroom sink and cabinet... all the time.....
