well step one and two are done for tonights checklist of things to do!!!
1. get weed.(X)
2. smoke weed.(X)
3. chill and listen to tunes (in progress.)
4. go get a labret.( )
5. have a drink to numb the pain.( )
6. kick wit wit a homie i havent seen in over a year.( )

Smoke the weed after you get the piercing, you won't need to smoke as much to get high.
I had a friend pierce my lip on either sides, bought the needles/supplies online for less than $20, took care of it with salt water and they came out just fine.
You'll realize how easy piercings are to do..Just buy some more equipment when you need it (mostly a resupply of needles and a few piercing clamps) you'll be able to do some for your friends once in a while for a small fee

Labret piercings are cool and don't hurt the first time. They will shut quickly though (mine did in just over 5 hours.) Going through scar tissue if you want it done a second time hurts a whole lot more. And keep in mind, they can wear your gum line down by your two front bottom teeth.
