Getting a physicians statement?

I self medicate for various reasons, main reason for pain in my knee from an early childhood diagnosis of osgood schlauters. (Uneven growth of bones) I was wondering if there is a physician in anchorage that signs statements so I can get my legal card

I got my recommendation there earlier this year. It was painless and quicker than most dr visits but I was not impressed with their doctor. Still it got me the protection I need to grow and possess my own medicine, and that's all that mattered.
