Brief:
Photos Space (2 x 4):
GG4 S1 & Banger Glue
Four plants in 3 gal fabric pots.
Auto (&Veg) Space (2 x 2)
Generic Blue Dream & GSC by Fastbuds
Two plants in 3 gal pots + two Bruce Banner Auto (Sweet Seeds) in veg.
Lights: DIY cheap setup.
3 Chilled/Growmau5 Puck V2 (300W LM301b) - Photo Space
2 Chilled Puck V4 (200W LM301b) (plus constant bounced sunlight from a near window) - Auto space
Medium:
45% PEAT
45% VERMICULITE
10% PERLITE
1.2 - 1.3 EC 20-10-20 Peter’s (6g per 10L tap - through out the grow)
Tap Water - 120ppm
All of these are my target values - and what I have averaged. Obv, had some variance.
Temperature:
72 -85 Farenheit (22C - 29C)
Humidity:
45% - 65%
PH
(I test with strips - I don’t have a good PH meter)
6 AUG - soaked seeds in plain water in shot glasses and placed in darkness.
7 AUG - after 18 hours + sow in solo cups (tap water)
7 AUG - Fuck-up night no. 1 (got seeds mixed up)
8 AUG - lights go on at 14-18 inch (20%)
9 AUG - 48 hours since cup sow (66 hours since soak), all seedlings start peaking out.
9 AUG - Re-position an S1 and Banger seeds after realizing they had sunken in the cup and had a covering still.
10 AUG - Banger appears to be popping. S1 still under.
10 AUG - Banger and S1 both have peaked out now.
11 AUG - 9am first feed 5G/10L (I should have sowed in pre-soaked medium with nutrient, to avoid watering this early, but I sowed with tap so I decided to give nutrients since small true leaves started to sprout in most of them)
13 AUG - Banger and S1 recovering slowly. humidity has increased but I have turned the fan down, which im not keen of. Increased light to 40%
14 AUG - Not much growth. GSC is showing light green. Banger seems really small. S1 also.
15 AUG - feed day. increased light to 70%. Temperature went up to 88F and humidity lowered to 37%. I added a small humidifier. (After fix - 81F & 52% RH)
16 AUG - checked them in the morning and everything seemed good, not two hours later, the cups were starting to fill with green algae/FUNGUS. I shut humidifier and covered the top of the cup with perlite lava rocks and a bit of dry medium.

Brief:
- I’m mainly growing following Dr. Bruce Bugbee and GreenGenes videos along with info I gather from the internet and RIU.
- I have three small spaces in total. two auto/veg spaces and one photo space. One of the auto/veg spaces wont be covered here as its not in my house, but if a seedling suddenly pops up in the pictures, thats where it came from.
- I know a lot of people knock on autos - but I like the idea of having a veg room that functions as an auto perpetual too.
- I have a crappy ass cellphone, so don’t expect top quality photos. Although, now and then I’ll take pics with my camera.
- Peat: even though there is debate wether peat moss affects environment or not, I do believe its not a sustainable product and will be changing to coco next grow.
- Lights: I like my Chilled Pucks, but next time i’ll go with Meiju or some other Chinese brand when I feel like expanding the grow.

- 517ppm in - 420ppm out.
- high 6 in - low 6 out (approx)

- but I noticed green algae/mold on the top of my medium (peat, vermiculite and lil perlite)
