Damien102 New Member Apr 3, 2022 #22 I use the Flora Trio in about 47% Happy Frog, 47% coco and throw in a small bag of perlite. The nute mix is 1/2 the recommended Flora Trio, 1/2 the recommended Cal-Mag plus. Works great for me.
