GHE floratrio chart

I use this feeding schedule... have considered trying out the Lucas formula, but I’ve had such good results using this schedule that I don’t see the point of trying it. Also, I think one of the benefits to it is using only 2 parts of the 3 part system, and doing away with the ‘Flora Gro’, but using significantly more of micro and bloom, to the point it looks like you’d be using more feed overall. So it would end up more expensive?

Please don’t take that as gospel, it is just what I have gathered from my extremely limited research of it!

But to answer your original question, great results from flora trio using your attached schedule. I tend to have slightly longer veg time than some here, but generally harvest 10-13 oz dried from a single plant.

if you look at the chart, from mid bloom onwards, you don't use Gro anyways

Thanks, though I am aware of that! But you’re using 15ml/gal of nutrients in flower, where with this schedule - ok pause - so I just checked this is a different schedule to what I use.. lol! In my schedule, I use around 6ml/gal in flower. Attached my schedule!

I’m sure Lucas formula is great, but I seem to do ok using the attached, and I already have the bottle of gro!

but at what EC are you running with 6ml per gal? full strength lucas is close to 2EC (IIRC). you don't have to run full strength (i don't) , just the 1:2 ratio is important.

if you are in coco, you should give a try to H3AD's formula based off Lucas sometime and compare

I use the same schedule for flower (weeks 5+ on chart)

EC is usually right @ 1.0. (1/2tsp= 2.5ml) but the Calimagic I run @ 3ml/gal.

usually running at around 1.0 - 1.1 ish, but you know, I might try this out and do a comparison.

i hated coco but alot of people use H3AD with success. give it a go someday
Oh, what was it you didn’t like about coco? I hear a few people saying the same, and I’ve had my share of issues suddenly pop up which I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why... it’s at these moments I always think ‘f*ck this I’m gona grow in soil’ but the next grow goes perfectly.

I always put it down to me making some kind of user error, maybe not leaving the PH meter in long enough to get a stable reading? Was I too high and left out one of the 3 parts? Who knows!

too many interactions with it and nutrients. you have K, Ca and Mg issues. and if it dries out, shit hits the fan. bugs in it. you have to wash the crap out of it.
interesting, and I certainly somewhat agree. I wouldn’t mind trying DWC, though the thing that puts me off is I’d need a whole lot more setup, which is a pain in the a, and general laziness :p. I’m intrigued about this Lucas formula though. Think I’ll give it a shot next run.

I use it in Pro Mix.
