Giixer 1000W distance from plants?

Hey guys I currently have 2 1000W Giixers.

I've had them dropped as low as possible since installing them. I'm just wondering if I raise them will my plant start stretching?

I'm about to drop my clone in dirt and then I'll only have 2 plants. My tent is 48x48x80. I have CFLs as well but I wanna raise my lights. Just dont want my plant stretching.

Oh forgot. I also have bonsais. But they're just now sprouting they only take up a 1x1 space out of the 16sqft I have so I dont mind them lol

I actually just want the knowledge... I just want to know if they'll stretch if I raise them.

If they don't get enough light they'll stretch.
