i see photos about the 5th week of flowering and there hairs are all white, how come mine are all red and stuff all actual bud

got any pics and hairs do change colour.

depends on your strain. they develop differently. you should be watching the trichs for maturity not the hairs. but good job your so close just wait it out you wont be dissappointed
