These autos are currently under my cfl bulb. I’m putting them into their final pots today. Isit too soon to put under my led light? About 24inches from the tops? There just over 2 weeks old from seed

Imo you've already stunted them if they've been in there for 2 weeks

Without writing a novel, autos need to be transplanted earlier before being rootbound or airpruned. Otherwise they will stunt, flower early and yeild very little.
@2 weeks those roots should be visible through the plugs,but they are getting air pruned.

You will most likely see some severe wilting when under the LED as they adjust to the new light source. It will take time for them to recover which means they will be stunted on top of already being stunted. Might as well start some new autos in their final pots under LED and don't be surprised if these 2 week old ones start to flower in 2 weeks at 4in tall.
