Define “getting close” because we obviously have different definitions.

Chopping her down. She flowers for 60 days and I plan on cutting her down EOM. Trichomes are starting to turn amber and pistils are pretty much non white. I’m just super anxious because of caterpillars. Last thing I need is a caterpillar to fuck it up.

I guess the first post sums it up. “I can’t wait”. You can chop it whenever you want but it does not look ready. Low quality pictures though. Who says it flowers for 60 days?

Yeah the sellers will say anything to get you to buy them.

Yeah, bud. We're not busting your balls. Chop now and you probably won't get high at all. Breeders say a lot of stuff. Until very recently, no one was supposed to have their products so there is no oversite or quality control. It can take a really long time and every phenotype of a strain will be slightly different, not to mention the time our mistakes add. Your plant is looking great and it would be a shame to lose out on a potent crop.

i wouldn't chop yet....i'd say you still still have a couple more weeks to go, plus you also have a defiencey or 2 going as well...

You've got a ways to go, not close at all. I'd guess month at minimum but more likely 6 + weeks. Mine are at the same stage, but I spray weekly to prevent Budworms. Only worry is rainy weather and bud rot. In years past mine were usually ripe mid October but for some reason flowering started a month later than in years past, so likely November

feedback is much appreciated. Yea, we are in NorCal near sac, so it’s been super hot. I don’t think we will have rain for a long time. Also, I’m being told to remove those fan leaves in the buds to give more air and light to the buds? Should I ? Or just leave it?

Throw calendar out of window - plant finishes when it finishes.
Breeder hype is there mostly to keep you buying seeds.

Here’s my OG kush that they said flowers in 56 days. These pics are day 67, and I think I’ve probably get several days to go. Maybe this will give you an idea.

Yeah Budzbuddha is right. This pic of mine was taken last week. Today she's at day 90 days from seed, breeder says chop by now. My best wild-assed guess would say maybe in 4 - 6 weeks, but I wouldn't hold my breath. They'll be done when they're done. Good luck and hang in there.

My current grow is in week 13 (15 from flip) and still have a week or so

You have a month or more to go, but it's your plant.
